If smoking is detected, a cleaning fee of $500 per night will be charged to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Our expansive Fitness Center, open 24 hours, features state-of-the-art Technogym equipment. Personal training is available upon request. Please note, guests must be 16 or older to access this facility.

At present, room service is not offered. You can place an order at Benjamin Steakhouse by phone and pick it up at the hostess stand. Please note that a credit card is required.

We require a $50 incidental deposit per room, per night.

The hold is released upon departure. Please note, banks may take up to 14 days to process this release.

Our $35 (plus tax) nightly Refreshment Fee covers various amenities, including a welcome basket, Wi-Fi, calls within the US, digital press access, TechnoGym training app, in-room refreshments, and complimentary shoeshine.

We offer reduced-rate self-parking at nearby Icon Parking located at 11 East 38th Street (between Madison and 5th Avenue). Current rates apply, payable directly to the facility. In order to receive the reduced-rate for self-parking, you must have the ticket authorized at the front desk.
